About the Red Rangers
We are a youth baseball team based in Parker, Colorado, focused on helping young players build strong fundamentals and become confident competitors while still keeping baseball fun.
The club supports team development beyond the normal league schedule through organized practices, offseason training opportunities, equipment, and other player-development activities.
League registration and league participation are handled separately through Parker Hawks / AYL.
Our approach
At this age, development comes from doing the important things well — repeatedly — in an environment where kids stay active, engaged, and challenged.
Ready position, moving to the ball, clean exchanges, accurate throws, and understanding where the play is.
Balanced swings, quality contact, confidence at the plate, and plenty of purposeful repetitions.
Explosive starts, smart turns, safe sliding, awareness, and learning how to run the bases aggressively.
Situational awareness, making the simple play, backing up teammates, and learning the game one decision at a time.
How the year works
League play, structured practices, and game experience.
Indoor field sessions, small-group training, hitting work, and targeted skill development.
Full-team practices before the regular spring field schedule begins.
League practices and games with continued emphasis on development and team play.
Support the club
